Standing, Army Crawling and Growling...OH MY!

Standing with a tude

I recently wrote about Will starting to army crawl, but in the past few weeks our life has totally changed!

He is all over the place and now can stand holding on to something and pull himself up. I am having a hard time even containing him in one area. It is officially time to baby proof!

I bought foam floor tiles which I swore I would never purchase. They are gray and white so they are slightly less hideous then most. I have a play pen aka baby jail as well. He really doesn’t want to be trapped in there though. The man just wants to run free. So I usually use it to block off my family room and watch him closely. Why should I have a life right?

His favorite places to visit are Bruno’s crate and Bruno’s water bowl. He also growls and has since he was about 3 months old. It's not normal. I have 2 dogs.

Every day he becomes more mobile, he still can’t get his knees underneath him when he crawls though. He does it for a second or two then goes back to his belly like a little snake. A friend told me to keep his socks off and that should help. I don’t want to take his pants off because of his sensitive skin. He is very fast. I have a feeling is going to go straight to walking.

He is super active and I feel like I will be sprinting all over the place when he's walking, which at this rate might be next week! The kid cannot sit still. Changing him is SUPER fun. It is a wrestling match. This counts as cardio right?

P.S He still has no teeth!! I can’t even believe it. He had an ear infection which we initially thought was his teeth coming in. Nope. He will be walking and talking with no teeth. Homeless chic.
